In today’s economy it’s a common, and understandable, fear that you might get laid off (sorry for the dose of reality). So rather than being stuck like a deer in the headlights if it happens, here are a few things you can do to get prepared, in case it happens to you:

I have an interview tomorrow with a restaurant group in Boston. There was no job description posted online for the job, so I don’t know much about what they are looking for. But, you better believe I’m going to bring up social media as a way to market their restaurants. (of course I would need to outline the objectives of using social media first!)
